We are sorry to see you go. You can delete your account and all associated data (email, nickname, avatar) in either of the following ways. See also our Privacy Policy.

很遗憾看到您离开。您可以通过以下任一方式删除您的账户及所有相关数据（电子邮件、昵称、头像）。更多详情请参阅我们的隐私政策。请注意：聊天记录仅保存在您的设备上，卸载应用或在应用内删除会话即可清除，无需申请。

Option 1. Delete in the App 方式一：应用内删除

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the App. Your account data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

在应用内进入 设置 → 账户 → 删除账户。您的账户数据将在 30 天内从我们的服务器上永久删除。

Option 2. Send Us an Email 方式二：发送邮件申请

Send an email from the address registered to your account to our support address below. Click the button to open your email app, or copy the address and send from any mail client (QQ Mail, Gmail, system mail, etc.).

请使用您账户注册时的邮箱地址，向下方支持邮箱发送删除申请邮件。点击"发送邮件"按钮可直接唤起您的邮件客户端；也可以复制邮箱地址后，使用任意邮箱客户端（QQ 邮箱、Gmail、系统邮件等）发送。

What Happens Next 提交后会发生什么

• Our team reviews the deletion inbox regularly and verifies that the email matches a registered account.
• Once verified, we permanently delete your account data from our servers within 15 days.
• You will receive a reply email from us once the deletion is completed.
• You will not be able to log in to the deleted account afterwards.

• 我们会定期查收删除申请邮箱，并核实邮件中的邮箱是否为已注册账户。
• 核实通过后，我们会在 15 天内从服务器上永久删除您的账户数据。
• 删除完成后，我们会回复邮件告知您处理结果。
• 删除完成后，您将无法再登录该账户。
