This Recharge & Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") applies to all paid features of StarringYou (the "App") provided by Starring Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), including the purchase of message credits and Unlimited Chat Cards. This Agreement supplements and forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
本充值服务协议（以下简称"本协议"）适用于由 Starring Studio（以下简称"我们"）提供的 StarringYou 应用（以下简称"本应用"）的全部付费功能，包括消息额度充值与畅聊卡购买。本协议为我们的服务条款的补充，构成其组成部分，并应与我们的隐私政策一并阅读。
Before completing any payment, the App will display this Agreement and ask you to confirm it. By ticking the confirmation box and completing the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any payment.
在完成任何支付前，本应用将展示本协议并请您确认。勾选确认并完成支付，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议约束。如您不同意，请勿进行任何支付。
Message Credits are sold in fixed tiers. Each payment tier is credited with a fixed number of Messages, and the reference price is charged per delivered Message. The tiers currently offered in the App are:
消息额度按固定档位销售。每个付款档位对应固定的到账消息条数，并按实际送达的消息条数计费。本应用当前提供的档位如下：

Each tier above shows the total number of Messages credited, which already includes bonus Messages. Bonus amounts and any promotional terms are those displayed on the in-app purchase page at the time of your payment. Amounts not listed above cannot be purchased. The precise tier list, credited amounts, and any promotional terms shown on the in-app purchase page at the time of your payment shall govern that Order. We may add, adjust, or withdraw tiers, and may run promotional campaigns; any change applies only to Orders placed after the change takes effect and does not retroactively affect credits already in your account.
上表各档位的到账条数为总到账条数，已包含赠送条数；赠送数量与任何促销规则以您支付时本应用购买页面展示的内容为准。上表以外的金额无法购买。您支付时本应用购买页面展示的档位清单、到账条数及促销规则，构成该笔订单的约定内容。我们可能新增、调整或下架档位，并可能开展促销活动；变更仅适用于生效后创建的订单，不追溯影响您账户中已有的额度。
Message Credits do not expire. The order of consumption is: (a) Free Trial Quota, then (b) paid Message Credits.
消息额度不设有效期。消耗顺序为：(a) 免费体验额度优先，(b) 其后消耗付费消息额度。
A newly registered account is granted 30 complimentary Messages to let you evaluate the App. Free Trial Quota is granted to you free of charge, has no monetary value, is non-refundable and non-transferable, and may be adjusted by us for new registrations at any time.
新注册账号将获赠 30 条免费体验消息，供您体验本应用。免费体验额度为无偿赠送，不具有货币价值，不可退款、不可转让；我们可随时调整新注册账号的赠送数量。
Unlimited Chat Card is a time-limited membership product available in three durations:

All payments are processed through Google Play in-app purchase (Google Play Billing), the billing service of the app store from which you downloaded the App. We do not collect or store your card numbers or other payment credentials; the transaction and its authorization are handled entirely by Google Play under Google's own terms. The payment methods available to you (such as a credit or debit card, or carrier billing) are those offered by Google Play in your region, and are subject to change without notice.
全部支付均通过 Google Play 应用内购买（Google Play Billing）处理，即您下载本应用的应用商店所提供的计费服务。我们不收集或存储您的卡号或其他支付凭据；交易及其授权完全由 Google Play 依据 Google 自身条款处理。可供您使用的支付方式（如信用卡、借记卡或运营商代扣）由 Google Play 在您所在地区提供，并可能随时变更，恕不另行通知。
Because payments are completed through Google Play Billing, the payment receipt is issued by Google Play: you can review your order history and obtain a receipt from your Google Play account. We are unable to issue a separate invoice for purchases made through Google Play Billing. For any payment-related question, you may still contact us using the details in Section 16.
由于支付通过 Google Play Billing 完成，付款凭证由 Google Play 出具：您可在 Google Play 账号中查询订单记录并获取付款凭证。对于通过 Google Play Billing 完成的购买，我们无法另行开具发票。如您对支付有任何疑问，仍可通过第 16 条的联系方式与我们联系。
Message Credits are refundable in accordance with Google Play's refund policy and this Section. To apply, submit a refund request through Google Play; you may also contact us with your Google Play order number using the details in Section 16 and we will assist with the process.
Unused Message Credits are refundable in full. Where Message Credits have been partially used, the refundable amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis: the consumed Messages are valued at the billing unit price set out in Section 3 and deducted from the amount you paid, and the remainder is refunded. Pro-rata refunds are subject to review; once a refund is approved, the corresponding Message Credits are deducted from your account as described in Section 8.4.
充值额度按 Google Play 退款政策与本条处理。请通过 Google Play 提交退款申请；您也可凭 Google Play 订单号通过第 16 条的联系方式与我们联系，我们将协助处理。
额度未使用部分可全额退款。额度已部分使用时，按比例计算可退金额：以第 3 条约定的计费单价折算已消耗消息的价值，并从您支付的金额中扣除，余额予以退还。按比例退款需经审核；退款获准后，将按第 8.4 条扣减您账户中的相应额度。
An Unlimited Chat Card that has been activated is generally non-refundable. Otherwise, refunds for an Unlimited Chat Card are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy; if the card has not been used at all, we may, where the refund policy permits, cancel the card and refund the payment.
已生效的畅聊卡通常不支持退款。除此之外，畅聊卡退款按 Google Play 退款政策处理；若畅聊卡完全未使用，在退款政策允许的范围内，我们可取消该卡并退款。
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any non-waivable right you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Refunds for purchases made by a minor without the consent of a parent or legal guardian will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
本协议不排除或限制适用消费者保护法律赋予您的任何不可放弃的权利。未成年人在未取得父母或法定监护人同意情况下的充值退款，将依据适用法律处理。
Once a refund is approved, the corresponding Message Credits or Unlimited Chat Card benefits will be deducted from your account. If the remaining balance is insufficient to cover the refunded amount, we may restrict the relevant features until the shortfall is settled.
退款获准后，我们将从您的账户中扣减相应的消息额度或畅聊卡权益。若账户余额不足以覆盖退款金额，我们可限制相关功能直至差额结清。
You agree not to:

If you violate this Section, we may suspend or terminate your account, and we will not be obligated to refund any Virtual Items already consumed.
如您违反本条，我们可暂停或终止您的账号，且无义务就已消耗的虚拟商品退款。
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any paid feature. Where we permanently discontinue a paid feature, we will provide reasonable advance notice in the App, and for Virtual Items that can no longer be used as a result, we will offer an equivalent alternative, a replacement feature, or a refund of the unconsumed portion, as appropriate.
我们可能修改、暂停或终止本应用或其任何付费功能。如我们永久终止某项付费功能，将在应用内提前合理通知；对于因此无法继续使用的虚拟商品，我们将视情况提供等效替代方案、替代功能，或退还未消耗部分。
Virtual Items are tied to your account and become unavailable once the account is deleted, and in most cases cannot be recovered. To avoid losing unused value, please consume any remaining Message Credits, or apply for a refund under Section 8, before submitting a deletion request. Account deletion requires that your Message Credits have been fully consumed; the deletion process and the applicable cooling-off period are described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
虚拟商品绑定您的账号，账号注销后将无法使用，且在多数情况下无法恢复。为避免未使用部分的价值损失，请在提交注销申请前用完剩余消息额度，或按第 8 条申请退款。提交注销申请前，您的消息额度需已使用完毕；注销流程与适用的冷静期详见我们的服务条款与隐私政策。
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only make a payment with the consent of, and under the supervision of, a parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians should manage the payment settings of their devices and Google Play accounts. If a payment was made by a minor without such consent, please contact us to request a refund.
如果您在所在司法管辖区尚未成年，仅可在父母或法定监护人的同意与监督下进行支付。父母及法定监护人应管理其设备与 Google Play 账号的支付设置。如未成年人在未取得同意的情况下完成支付，请与我们联系申请退款。
PAID FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THAT ORDER. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
付费功能按"现状"和"现有可用性"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们就任何订单产生或与之相关的累计责任，不超过您就该订单实际支付的金额。本条不限制适用法律下不可限制的任何责任。
We may update this Agreement from time to time and will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes take effect upon posting and apply only to Orders placed after that date; the version in effect at the time of your purchase continues to govern the Virtual Items you already hold, except where a change is required by law.
我们可能不时更新本协议，并将修订版本发布在本页面并更新"最后更新"日期。变更自发布之日起生效，仅适用于发布后创建的订单；您购买时生效的版本继续适用于您已持有的虚拟商品，但法律另有要求的除外。
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If a dispute arises, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before the competent court or dispute resolution body with jurisdiction under applicable law.
本协议受适用法律管辖并依其解释，不考虑法律冲突条款。如发生争议，双方应先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可依法向有管辖权的法院或争议解决机构提起诉讼或申请处理。
