These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI role-play chat application (the "App") developed by Starring Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Paid features of the App are additionally governed by our Recharge & Purchase Agreement.

The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

All characters and scenarios in the App are fictional. AI-generated content is produced automatically and does not reflect the views of the studio.

Responses generated by AI characters are produced by machine learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. The App is provided for entertainment purposes only. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
AI 角色生成的回复由机器学习模型产生，可能不准确、不完整或超出预期。本应用仅供娱乐用途。AI 生成内容不构成任何形式的专业建议（包括医疗、法律、财务等）。
The App, including its design, characters, story content, code, and branding, is owned by Starring Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.
本应用（包括其设计、角色、故事内容、代码和品牌标识）归 Starring Studio 所有，并受适用的知识产权法律保护。未经我们事先书面同意，您不得复制、修改、分发本应用或创作其衍生作品。
You may delete your account at any time within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account). After submission, a 7-day cooling-off period applies during which you may cancel the deletion request. See our Privacy Policy for details. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the App or other users.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
